Hi, cPanel does provide this features in their backup module, you can use them, but if you are looking for a restore also from the backup location directly, then this may not be helpful. I got your point that you want to perform a backup and store the backup on a remote location, but do you also want to retain the backup on your server.? Please note, this backup configuration will only useful for backing up and not for restoring it. If you want to facilitate restoration also, then you can check the additional backup plugins those are provided but are not free.

Hello, Google drive was added as a remote backup destination type in cPanel version 66. You can read more about how to configure backups and setup remote destinations at: Retain backups in the default backup directory." option referenced on this document. Thank you.

But it was only for WHM users. Will it be also for cPanel users? Anyway I created feature request: Add remote backups (e.g. Google Drive) also for cPanel users

Hello, The new functionality is intended for WHM backups, and does not allow cPanel users to send their accounts backups to a Google Drive destination at this time. Thank you for opening the feature request.
