You can browse to "WHM Home " Service Configuration " Mailserver Configuration" and see if increasing the "Maximum Number of Mail Processes" value from "512" to a higher value (e.g. 1024) helps solve the issue. Thank you.

After changing Mail Processes, is there any probability that, it can reduce server efficiency or generate unnecessary load on server ? Just a precautionary question :)

Hello, Yes, it is possible the use of additional processes can lead to increased CPU or memory utilization. You may want to try increasing the value slightly over time to see how the system reacts. Thank you.

Hi, Thanks for your help. Increasing connection really solved my issue and i have not noticed unusual load spike as i have increased the value slightly over as you suggested. Thanks again for your help.
