    Hello, Could you let us know the full steps you took to update the server's IP address? Did you use "WHM >> IP Migration Wizard" after making the change? Does the domain name use name servers associated with the cPanel server's IP addresses? Thank you.

    Hello, It's a problem after the server change. Not after the server update. Step 0 - Old server IP address: [Removed] - We have shut down and started other server processes. Step 1 - The new CentOS operating system is configured to whm the server was installed. Step 2 - New IP address: [Removed] Step 3 - New host id: [Removed] Step 4 - Backups moved to the new server. Step 5 - [Removed] Step 6 - ping nameservers ok. Step 7 - Web sites not working dns error. The server does not have a domain name of my own. ZirveSunucum Hosted by yandex dns servers. ns1 and ns2 yandex dns servers A record. - [Removed] ns1 and ns2 registrar NS record. - [Removed] Whm server: [Removed] If you want to check, I can give WHM access.     Hello, Example.com hosted in another server and using yandex dns services. Example.com - Domain registrar nameservers created ; NAMESERVER 1 : ns1.example.com NAMESERVER 2 : ns2.example.com And yandex dns service a records created : NS1 : EXAMPLE ?P NS2: EXAMPLE ?P Nameservers ping ok but not working web sites. cPanel ticket support very slow michael please help this topic.     Hello, Ticket closed. But problem is continue. I found something. When the computer's DNS addresses are set to 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4. Web sites are working. But no computer or person can access it except those DNS addresses. How to fix this problem ? Regards.

    Have you tried clearing the DNS cache on the computer using different resolvers? EX: How To Clear Your DNS Cache - cPanel Knowledge Base - cPanel Documentation Thank you.

    Hello, Not Cache is not a problem, just google dns addresses be websites access. Only google dns addresses can get into your web sites. How to fix this issue ? Regards.

    I Fixed this problem with cpanel support team, disabling game firewall and no problem...
