    I think this will help you:
    Hello, You can browse to "WHM >> MultiPHP INI Editor" and use the "Editor Mode" tab for the version of PHP associated with the account to ensure the PHP "date.timezone" value is correct. It defaults to UTC. Thank you.

    hi i follwed your steps in the php ini editor i did edit both files (the one in the home directory and the one in the public-html ) ( i will link the screen shots ) i saved it yet my phpinfo still display (date.timezone not specified ) i need to fix this cause i installed dollibar and without the time zone setting it wont work 48935 48939 48947

    Hello, Can you verify if PHP-FPM is enabled for this domain name in "WHM >> MultiPHP Manager"? If so, you have to manually edit the PHP-FPM configuration for the domain name to update the php.ini values such as "date.timezone".
