Disable Email section completely

Hello. I wish to disable the section titled "Email" on all accounts. I have googled for what seems like forever and I can't find it. I have disabled Dovecot for both IMAP and POP, but the Email section persists. Do I really need to create a new theme and use CSS in order to hide it? Thanks.

  Hello, You can use "WHM >> Feature Manager" to edit the default feature list, or the feature list associated with the packages assigned to your accounts. You can disable all features associated with the "Email" section in cPanel if you want that section removed. Thank you.
