CSR Generation - A fatal error or timeout occurred while processing this directive.
On the WHM I have a domain called telefo****
- when I via cPanel for that domain try to generate a "Certificate Signing Requests (CSR)" I get this error:

And when trying to generate a "Private Keys (KEY)" and enter the domains for the key
...I get this error: The system could not load the SSL datastore file "/home/t****en/ssl/ssl.db" because it is inaccessible or owned by the wrong user.
Hope you can help? Any idea what is wrong...?

Hello, Can you check to see if somehow the ownership of the files and directories for this account were manually set to the "root" user? EX: ls -al /home/$username/
