Login to phpMyAdmin with domain name issue

Hello , Customer can login whit IP and Hostname on PHPMYADMIN but can not login whit domain name . How can fix this problem ?

  Hello, Do you notice any output to /usr/local/cpanel/logs/error_log when encountering this issue? Thank you.

  Hello, Can you try resetting the cPanel password to ensure it's synced with the account's MySQL password? You can do this using "WHM >> Password Modification". Thank you.
