Cannot display dashboard properly

Hi. I have problems in a cpanel dashboard that I've received. First, ask me if I'm behind a firewall that blocks port 2083. After I logged In, the dashboard doesn't shows properly: I can see the menu, without images or scripts. I don't know I is a firewall problem, i deactivated it. I've logged in 4 different computers, but the result is the same. Please, did you have the same problem or know any solution?

  Hello, Can you verify if cPanel loads when opening it over port 80 through the proxy subdomains feature? EX:
  http://cpanel.domain.tld
