PHP with Litespeed requires world permission to write

    Fixed! It appears that Litespeed does not enable suEXEC by default and it has to be enabled manually. The odd thing was that php reported the same user when using get_current_user but did have permissions for that user when suEXEC for litespeed was disabled.
