Setup new IP address question

Today i purchase new IP for my site - Removed - and i want setup new IP adress for my site. I also have WHM license but when i adding new IP adress for my site i got DNS error. IS there any solution to setup new IP address and setting up DNS. Note: right now am using cloudflare and want setup nameserver with it.
