    Hello, We can skip few steps but can not skip all, basic configuration as its required for server or domains. Are you getting blank page after root login? (xxxxx.com:2087/cpsess12345/xxxx) If possible try to check cpanel logs too. Thanks,

    I can access the whm when I go to this url: https:/hostname.net:2087 I will end up at the Initial Setup Assistant how do I check if that file excist or not?

    Hello, Assuming you are logged in as root, you can create this file with the following command to avoid seeing the initial setup wizard (assuming you completed it already):
    touch /etc/.whostmgrft
