Hi, In WHM > SSL/TLS > Manage SSL Hosts I have a lot of domains with expired certificates with today's date (10/3/17) How do I renew them? In Issuer it says "cPanel, Inc." Thanks, Francisco

    Hello, Are you using the AutoSSL feature via "WHM >> Manage AutoSSL" on this system? If so, do you notice any error messages for the accounts with the expired certificates under the "Logs" tab within this option? Thank you.

    AutoSSL is set in "cPanel (powered by Comodo)" but by default I have disabled it for all domains and I enable it for the domains that ask for the SSL service. Do you mean that if a user wants to use SSL for his email configuration he has to have "auto ssl" enabled for his domain? Thanks, Francisco

    One more question: What happens if I just delete the expired "cPanel, Inc. Issuer SSLs" of a domain in SSL > Manage SSL Hosts AND I DONT ENABLE AUTOSSL for that domain? Will users have any problem with their email, webmail or cpanel? Thanks, Francisco

    No, but they'd need to setup their email client to use the hostname configured for the SSL certificate installed for the mail server in "WHM Home " Service Configuration " Manage Service SSL Certificates".

    In that case, no SSL certificate will exist for the domain name, and the email users can setup their email clients with the hostname listed for the mail server in "WHM Home " Service Configuration " Manage Service SSL Certificates" as the "Mail Server Name". Thank you.
