Hello, There is no any such option available in WHM-Cpanel, but by doing some modification in /usr/local/cpanel/bin/ftpupdate for all users not for single cpanel user.

Hello, You can disable FTP for specific cPanel users if you want to force the use of virtual FTP accounts (E.g. ftpuser1@domain.tld). We document how to do this at: How to Deny FTP Access - Version 66 Documentation - cPanel Documentation Thank you.

Thanks. I guess this could be a feature request so each individual Cpanel account holder can have this ability.

I submitted a feature request for this last week but it's not approved?

Hello, I do see we have a few requests in-moderation. Give it a few more days and let us know if it's still not approved. Thank you.

I like to bring back on old topic as replies are no longer allowed there. It appears my feature request stated on that topic was deleted/not approved even for discussion. Can we please have that feature request approved at least for discussion?

I've moved your new post into this existing, reopened thread.

You might want to repost it on the Feature Requests site for discussion. There was an issue a while back with the Feature Requests site and some of the Feature Requests were lost. We might assume yours was one of those.
