Use cPanel, Inc. SSLs for some domains?
Hi,
Can I keep cPanel, Inc. Issuer SSLs after they expire? (Because I dont have a "renew" or "reset" option in WHM > Manage SSL Hosts)
Or after a cPanel, Inc. Issuer SSL expire I must allow a "Automatic SSL" in "Manage AutoSSL"?
Thanks,
Francisco

Hello, Certificates issued with the AutoSSL function should automatically renew. Are you facing any issues with the automatic renewal of those AutoSSL certificates, or is there anything preventing you from enabling the AutoSSL feature? Thank you. 0 -
No. This is happening with accounts with "AutoSSL disabled" that where using "cPanel, Inc. Issuer" and the SSL has an expired date 0 -
Hello, You'd need to remove the existing SSL certificates via "WHM >> Manage SSL Hosts" if you prefer to not have a SSL certificate installed for the domain name. Is there any reason you decided to disable the AutoSSL feature? Thank you. 0 -
Hi cPanelMichael I want to install Use cPanel, Inc. as ssl issuer instead of the self-signed ssl one. I cannot find it for my primary domain. it's only available for other addon domain! Can you please help me in this? 0 -

Your access level shows as Website Owner. I recommend reporting this issue to your web hosting provider so they can verify why AutoSSL did not issue a certificate for your primary domain name. Thank you.0
