  Hello, Do you notice any error messages in /var/log/secure or /usr/local/cpanel/logs/error_log when this happens? What version of cPanel is installed on the source and destination servers? Have you tried a manual SSH connection from the destination server "to" the source server to verify it works as expected? Thank you.
