  Hello, Can you let us know the full output from /usr/local/cpanel/logs/error_log when this happens? Also, is this happening for any account that you attempt to terminate, or is the issue isolated to a single account? Thank you.

  is isolated to a single account. from /usr/local/cpanel/logs/error_log scripts::unsuspendacct::run("gohd", "", "") called at /usr/local/cpanel/scripts/unsuspendacct line 50

  Hello, Can you verify if this happens on cPanel version 66.0.24 or newer? It's possible this is related to the following case: Fixed case CPANEL-15877: Ensure accounts with missing userdata can be termianted. Otherwise, check to verify the ownership of the files and directories (besides the etc, public_html, and .htpasswds directories) in the /home/$username/ directory matches the username of the account:
  ls -al /home/$username/

  Hello, Can you verify if this happens on cPanel version 66.0.24 or newer?   Is running on 66.0.24. The username is matches by comparing other account in the same server.
