    Hello, Have you considered using the free cPanel-signed certificates with the AutoSSL feature instead? This provides trusted SSL certificates and includes subdomains such as "mail.domain.tld". We document this at: Manage AutoSSL - Version 66 Documentation - cPanel Documentation As far as moving the "mail" subdomain, there's really no need to do that if your intention is to access email via a web browser. You can simply use the "

    Thank you for the super fast reply. The reason I didn't use the cpanel ssl is because it shows only being valid for 3 months where as for $9 I got one that is good for 12. The reason I was looking to move it is so that when they connect with their phone (how they send most emails) or a mail client it will not alert that the connection isn't secure.

    Hello, While it's only issued for 90-days, keep in mind that it's automatically renewed before it expires (at no cost). Otherwise, you could have them use the SSL certificate name associated with the mail server in their email client (it's found in "WHM >> Manage Service SSL Certificates). Thank you.

    I didn't know it auto renewed especially at no cost. That changes things.
