Load averages are too high

After the whm update, the load average value rose to an extreme. The average value, which is normally 0.60, varies between 7 and 12 in recent days. I did not find a solution what I did. server properties: 8 CPU, 8GB Ram, 250 GB Disk,Cloudlinux I host 130 hosting and there is no hosting that receives excessive traffic. what is the reason for this increase in load average?

  v66.0.24 everything starts to slow down at the same time as the server goes to standard level, what is the reason for this?

  I do not thing that its related with WHM upgrade, there are lots of reason for server load except traffic. You must check current process with top/ps/sar cmds. In whm >> daily process logs you can check too.
