Hello, Could you open a support ticket using the link in my signature so we can take a closer look and determine what's leading to queueprocd failing to start? Thank you.

undef error - queueprocd isn't running? at /usr/local/cpanel/Cpanel/TaskQueue/Manager.pm line 214.

Hello, It looks like this could be related to internal case CPANEL-16593. I'll monitor that case and update this thread with more information on it's status as it becomes available. In the meantime, the following commands should act as a temporary workaround:
    mkdir -p /root/taskqueuebackup/taskqueue mv -v /var/cpanel/taskqueue/* /root/taskqueuebackup/taskqueue/ /scripts/restartsrv_queueprocd
@warmwhisky, could you open a separate thread for the cPanel update issue so we can take a closer look if that issue persists? Thank you.

Hi. Yes will do. but just to clarify the error that I have reported today. It is the forth time it's happened. According to my emails and unless I have not deleted any of them, it started on the 9th November. Then on the 12th, 13th and today.

Hello, To update, an additional case (CPANEL-17413) addresses an issue that can lead to scenarios where the "queueprocd isn't running" error message appears. I'll update this thread once the resolution is published. Thank you.
