Rejected relay attempt

Dear, When sending Email i am getting this Error 2017-10-08 07:41:38 H=(xxxxxerty.local) [86.xx.xx.45]:11020 F= rejected RCPT : Rejected relay attempt: '86.xx.xx.45' From: 'xxxxxd@xxxxxerty.com' To: 'rxxxxnil@gmail.com' i have added this IP(86.xx.xx.45)in /etc/alwaysrelay then working, but if this Ip is changed same error, what is the permanent solution for it ...?

  Hello, Are you sending email from an email client? If so, can you verify "SMTP Authentication" is enabled in the email client? Thank you.
