why is there no files in my cPanel?

I have wordpress and at my cpanel there is no files are displaying rather than cgi-bin, what is the reason behind it??

  Yes the files exists previously. And install wordpress directly from cpanel

  I am using a free hosting provider's services, so you can understand what kind of support I am getting, is there any other option for restore backup.

  Hello, There's no way to restore files without an available backup. Additionally, you'd need to check with your hosting provider to see why the files were deleted. Have you considered switching to a new hosting provider? Thank you.
