Multiple SSL Certificates on one Account

Good Afternoon All, I am paying for a shared hosting service who uses SNI to enable multiple SSL certificates for one IP address. This company advertises that they can host two websites on the package which I am paying for, but claim they are unable to do this due to both sites needing an SSL Certificate which they can only provide one per account. Is it possible on my own Cpanel to install a second SSL certificate to host both sites on the one account? If so, I could do this myself instead of asking the hosting company do to this, which they seem reluctant on. Many thanks for your help in advance.

  Also, my cPanel Access level should have been set to Website Owner but am unable to change this due to not having the permission

  Hello, There should be no issue installing multiple certificates on a single account, as long as your hosting provider uses a server with SNI enabled (this should be most servers outside of EOL operating systems). Thank you.

  cPanelMichael The hosting provider does indeed use a server with SNI as they host multiple websites on the shared hosting server so will need to be able to allow multiple sites to have their own SSL certificate. What they are claiming is that they are unable to host both of my sites from the same account, as it's the individual account that needs multiple SSL certificates which they cannot provide. I have a feeling this is because they don't know how, or don't want to? Is there anywhere with instructions so I could do this myself?

  Hello, Installing multiple SSL certificates for separate domain names on a single account is supported. You can install the certificates using the SSL/TLS option in cPanel: SSL TLS - Version 66 Documentation - cPanel Documentation The only limitation I can think of that they are referring to is the ability to install a separate SSL certificate for an alias (parked domain). Aliases do not have their own virtual host, and thus you can't install a separate SSL certificate for aliased domain names. Thank you.
