Accessing New Account Before DNS Change

I have set up an account for a new site. They have not yet changed their DNS to point to us, instead of their existing site on another host. Is there a way they can access their account, to build new site, before DNS is changed. Dave

  They can access it using FTP by using the IP address and their username and password. Or to access cPanel use IP address/cpanel example
