Peer certificate did not match
Hello,
I have a problem with sending emails.
I've installed Let"s Encrypt for AutoSSL and it secured all of my domains, including my hostname.
After I finished a website, I configured SMTP to send mails via GSuite (paid user)
It worked perfectly for 2 days. On the 3rd morning, it started not to work.
This scenerio happened to me for 2 time. At the first time I thought it was my fault.
It is interesting that the error started at the same time as the previous error.
This is a sample error line that I'm receiving. Other errors are exactly the same. This error occurs when someone try to send a mail.
[13-Oct-2017 07:01:32 UTC] PHP Warning: stream_socket_enable_crypto(): Peer certificate CN=`domain.mydomainname.com' did not match expected CN=`smtp.gmail.com' in /home/myhome/public_html/assests/p/postman-smtp/Postman/Postman-Mail/Zend-1.12.10/Mail/Protocol/Smtp.php on line 206
Could you guys help me out ?
What am i missing ?
Is it because of the SSL ?

I dont know if this is releated ot not. "PHP Warning: stream_socket_enable_crypto()" this problem started at 7AM. I received an email at 8:30 AM about tailwatchhd saying: "The service "tailwatchd" appears to be down." 0 -
Hello, A similiar error message is referenced on the following thread: Issue sending mails through 3rd party In that case, the solution was to disable "WHM >> SMTP Restrictions". Can you check if that helps in this case? Thank you. 0 -
Hello, This solution has solved my problem but I will inform you if any problem happens again. It's weird that SMTP Restriction setting was ON and it allowed me to use GSuite SMTP (gmail) for 2 days without any problem. Thank you for your reply. 0
