Hi, I guess you will have to check the logs. The information you provided is not sufficient to advise you. Please check the AutoSSL logs once to see what made it not reissue or install properly..

It can be difficult to say without knowing your full configuration or providing sensitive details in this public forum. Opening a ticket(see my signature), will provide you with the best support for this issue. To provide more details on the issue, the cPanel service can be served by two different SSL CRT's, the hostname SSL CRT, or the domain SSL CRT, either by proxy subdomain or the domain itself. Is it possible that your hostname overlaps with this domain's proxy subdomain? For instance, your hostname may be 'cpanel.domain.tld' and your cPanel account domain may be 'domain.tld', which would lead to a conflict between the hostname and the domain SSL CRT.

Thanks everyone for the help. The issue I was facing was due to caching of the old certificate by nginx. I was using engintron plugin which was caching the expired certificates until it is restarted. Similar issue reported on this thread AutoSSL and Engintron/Nginx Caching Issue
