VPS Stability Issues

My VPS server is always getting down and up. I have contacted the webhost they said there are no issues with server. I have monitoring the server uptime with Pingdom and other tools. There is no load and processes on the server. How can i identify the issue?

  Hello, You will want to get some kind of system snapshot logging in place so that you can review the logs. I have seen many use the following tool: GitHub - cPanelTechs/SysSnapv2 The README will show you how to set it up and then analyze the logs to see what may be causing the server to go down.
