How to whitelist a country?

I'm actually pretty new to this. I downloaded a Plugin for my WP site and it didn't work. The plugin owner asked me to give him access to my WP Login but when he tries to acess the site it shows these errors: - Removed - After discussing about it and trying a few solutions. They're thinking there must be some kind of security measure applied to my website preventing access from USA, Romania, and the Philippines. I've checked my Wordfence and there's no country being blocked or any IP. Is there any security measure directly in Cpanel that can be causing this?

  It may be with your Hosting Provider. You should contact them and ask. ;)
