Domain not on my server issue

i have some problem do everything but nothing helps my orignal website = - Removed - fake domain = - Removed - it uses my server and clone my website if i change anything on my domain it got changed on his domain also so how can i block it i use litespeed server + cloudflare. i try to block it via htaccess but nothing works

You may try digging through your domain logs to see if you can identify a specific user agent or IP to block; however, this is something easy for the fake website to change.
