    Hello, Could you please access your server via SSH and check to see if you can connect to their mail server with a command such as follows?
    # telnet mail.example-remote-server.com 25

    Hi, You need to proviude here " telnet mail.example-remote-server.com 25 " command output. Change mail.example-remote-server.com to remote mail server hostname. Also, Please update here full bounce back mesage here so that we can check why your server is sending emial to sender account.
