Retrieve backup and data from USB drive

Hello! Linux / CentOS / latest WHM/cPanel I had a RAID failure and had to get a new server. They're going to connect the old drive to my new sever via USB. How do I get my WHM/cPanel stuff from the old drive to the new one? I think I have a recent full backup on the old drive. I can do command line stuff -- if I have the directions!

  Hello, Do you have individual backups of the accounts, or do you only have a copy of the filesystem? Thank you.
