AutoSSL will not generate a certificate for the website error

Hello : some domain we enable autoSSL on it, we see error on it :

    2 places you can look In the cPanel for the domain: go to SECURITY > SSL/TLS Status Include the domains/sub-domains as necessary In WHM: go to SSL/LTS > Manage AutoSSL > Manage Users Find the user for the domain and Enable if it was disabled.

    See if this thread helps: Errors from cPanel Store API when requesting autossl certs It seems that errors of this kind can occur for various reasons. One is you are blocking the outgoing connection to store.cpanel.net server over port 443 in your firewall - this need to be allowed. The other is perhaps some congestion between cPanel store and Comodo. You could try and run
    /usr/local/cpanel/bin/autossl_check --user $username
    from a root shell and see if it clears up (You may need to try 2 or 3 times) If the above doesn't work, and if it doesn't clear itself during the next upcp maintenance window, you may want to open a support ticket to cPanel and ask for their help.
