Email quota per user account, not domain

Hi We can set hourly email quota per domain. However, we need to set hourly email quota per user account. Is it possible to do so with WHM or Cpanel 66? We also use Configserver Mail Queue and Mail manage if that makes any difference. Example: We want to allow 100 emails per hour to user1@example.com and user2@example.com but 500 emails per hour to user3@example.com. This is to prevent outgoing spam emails from some users whose account password regularly gets compromised.

  Hello, It's not possible to setup mail sending limits on a per-email-account basis. There's a feature request open for this at: Mail sending limits per email account (rather than per domain) Note the most recent comment regarding new functionality in cPanel version 68 that can help detect individual email users that are sending large amounts of email. Thank you.
