share outlook contacts

I have clients wishing to share contacts they have in outlook. I know this is not a Microsoft forum so hear me out first. Is there a way to offer a folder/file on their cPanel hosted site they could then use to connect their Outlook 365 to allowing them to share the contacts? Has anyone attempted or accomplished this?
