Custom Login Page for Resellers

HI, Is this possible to create a Custom login page for Reseller accounts?

  Like My Root account have a branded Login page and I dont want to show those login pages to My Reseller customer's cPanel users. any idea or is it possible

  there is no information which can lead me to my question, let me repeat my question I wnat to customize cPanel login page for One reseller account which will only be effective for cPanel accounts under that reseller owner
