Enable formmail.cgi config?

Hi all How can i active the formmail.cgi in WHM for all domains in same server ?

  Hello, This was part of the CGI center, which was deprecated in cPanel 60, and removed in cPanel 64. You'd need to manually setup a third-party application for the purpose of providing forms on an account's web page. Thank you.
