Unable to connect to the mail server

Hello everyone, I would like to know if you can help me. I am not an expert in the area, and my knowledge is very basic. I have a Hosting, in which I have a master domain and a parked domain. Domain 1 (Main): Works correctly. Domain 2 (Parked): I have problems to establish a connection to the email server of the same. For days I rejected the connection when I try to connect from the mobile, I try to configure the email app on my mobile and tells me that the connection could not be established, In addition to this, I enter the webmail and send messages, Gmail receive, outloook no. And it does not receive messages from any provider, be it Gmail, hotmail or others, there is no return message as rejection. How could you help me, what information do you need to know? I appreciate your help.

  Hello, Please make sure the MX and PTR record is set correct for that domain which is having issue. You have to check at intodns.com
