CPU usage high

Hello I have whm server and 60 site running on the server. Some time server load is high like 4.233887 (4 CPUs) I need to find which service is using the most of the cpu And how to solve this problem

  Trying logging into your server via SSH and running the command "top -c". It will give you a live view of the processes on your server, sorted by CPU usage by default.

  Thanks for reply I have only WHM Access. And I check > Daily Process Logs and I find I a user using 100% CUP User Domain % CPU % MEM MySQL Processes mysql 3.08 11.27 0.0 User Domain % CPU Process myUser myuser.com 100%
