Newly created Addon domain unreachable

I have a site test.com, i added test.fr as addon domain ! The site test.com working everywhere? The site test.fr dont work but work only when im 4G on my iphone ?? i dont get it can you help me ?

  Finally the a field didnt get actualised on my registrar, i think it will work now ! but still dont understand why it keeped working on my 4G
