Mail server disabled inside CP

I have seen that SWAP should be made. One solution is to disable also mail server due to resources it will be released. How to make it in the correct way?

  Hello, You can disable email-related services (e.g. Exim, POP3, IMAP, LMTP) via "WHM >> Service Manager". Thank you.
