Hi, Did you check the connections to the server? When the WHM is unreachable, at that time, are you able to access the VPS? There are lots of possibilities to explore for investigation on this.. Do you have any firewall configured on the server?

I don't need help from you besides i clearly said the VPS is accessible just fine, we have been with ur company for sometime and ur team seem to lack the enthusiasm or the well to read the client requirements CLEARLY one needs to repeat him self 10 times for your team to finally do the job. Also ur apparently after the money and spamming here and there wont get you respect either, so thanks but not thanks !...

We did !... They were unable to help as they said everything seems normal, also several sys admins said the same and that's what drives me nuts !... I tried to create a new VM from scratch taking their advise it might be a node/vm issue, i admit the problem started to appear less often (to the point i thought it was fixed) but AGAIN this morning WHM down, this is pretty ridiculous matter and am not sure what to do about it, is it possible to have any sort of fix (reinstall OS, upgrade to cloudlinux maybe, different centos version, restore previous backup before the problem happened ??...) and what help can i seek here since all other methods have failed so far ??...

Could you please post that cPanel Technical Support ticket ID here? Let's back up a moment.
i have noticed from time-to-time all my clients domain become unreachable and whm itself too

When this happens do ALL sites and server become unreachable?
When i check our VM it was up and running but we had to reset the VM in order to access WHM back again

Could you please clarify this comment? What do you mean by "reset" exactly?
