Hide email account list

Hello all, I am used to Plesk and that system provides a mechanism where I can hide the email accounts from the users. I set the email accounts for them and I don't want them to be able to change them. I don't want to prevent them from using the email functionality. Just prevent them from making changes or adding to the accounts. Is there a similar function in cPanel?
