    I've tried setting up both an e-mail account and a forwarder. Whilst external mail traffic honours the forwarder, any peer-to-peer e-mail traffic on example.com does not go via the forwarder and is delivered to the inbox of bob@example.com[/EMAIL].

    Hello, Emails sent to bob@example should be forwarded even if the sender is local to the cPanel server. Have you reported this behavior to your web hosting provider so they can take a closer look to see why that's not happening? Thank you.
