Spam email is stored in system account email
I have a weird problem, my costumers are sending emails to my email accounts, but for some reason this is treated as spam, but even weirder is that this spam email is going to the spam folder of my system account.
So lets say my email is: john@doe.com
The legit emails but detected as spam, is going to the spam folder of: doe@doe.com which is the system account, and actually every single spam email is being delivered there, i have tried deactivating spam assassin but no luck, i deleted my custom filter, but still the same, any idea of what could be happening?
Thanks in advance for your help.
By the way i do have the latest version of cpanel, on a Centos 7 server.

Hello, Does an email account for "john@doe.com" exist? If not, it defaults to the address specified under the "Default Address" option in cPanel. Otherwise, check /var/log/exim_mainlog for one of the affected messages to see what's happening. EX: exigrep user@domain /var/log/exim_mainlog
Thank you.0 -
Email account does exist, so that's not the issue, i'm going to check the exim_mainlog and see what happened, thanks for pointing that log file, 0
