cPanel backup to external drive question
Hi i will try to explain best i can. i think the answer is yes but wanted to make sure.
I want to mount an external drives on all our servers for backups, and want to know if one of the servers crashed and could not be fixed could i unplug the external drive with all the backups on and plug it into another server and restore them without any problems ?

I use to send to a remote backup server, but because cPanel uses /backup defualt for temp directory i can't becuase it's only 100Gb size and if i change it to /home/backups it disables disk quotas :( I also use r1soft but i don't think you can restore sites to another server, and even if you could you would have to them one by one0
