Problem with dovecot/imap

Hello everyone. I'm having problems with IMAP and Dovecot. I constantly get an error of this type: Nov 2 02:56:58 server dovecot: imap (...): Server shutting down. in = 952, out = 4722, bytes = 952/4722 Nov 2 02:56:58 server dovecot: imap (...): Server shutting down. in = 300, out = 21819, bytes = 300/21819 Nov 2 02:56:58 server dovecot: imap (...): Server shutting down. in = 943, out = 49824, bytes = 943/49824 This causes users to lose connection with the IMAP service. Thanks!

  Hello, Does anything else stand out in the /var/log/maillog file during the period before the service fails (or when users are unable to connect)? Is the server load okay during this time? Thank you.
