SMTP Banner Check -- Reverse DNS does not match SMTP Banner

The error message is showing the problem with PRT record. Can you please make sure the PTR record is set ?

@SysSachin, yes PTR is set to my hostname and working fine. It is automatically set by Digitalocean server. Reverse-ip --> hostname.bsxxx.net thank you

@cPanelMichael, i Checked that, and my server has all email authentications. If you look at the header from the mail i sent to gmail, everything is included there. Also, my IP is not blacklist Bulk sender is not valid here because i have not used it, im still testing out all the mail, i send out each email not alot. If you can help more detail, i can provide all ip here for you to ping it. Or i might have to contact Cpanel support helpdesk Thank you so much

Hello, The "Bulk Senders" page is just the term used on that page. You should still use their contact form if your email is going to their SPAM folder. Here's the quote: If you are sending mail in accordance with our guidelines and Gmail continues to mark your messages as spam, here's the link they provide: troubleshoot further
    Thank you.
