Error adding new addon domain

Hi, I wanted to add a new domain on my clients account and when i added the domain in the addon domain menu from cPanel i was getting error that domain is pointing to a different ip, this was not true because i made the ns server changes 24 h back. So i edited the Tweak setting allowing remote domain and i tried to re-add the domain name. But i got this error:

My LiteSpeed server was taken down i head, to restart i after that. Did any one head the same problem and know's a solution ? Thank you!
