Contacting cPanel Support issue

I'm trying to log in to cPanel support to make an important ticket, but i forgot my password, however, the forgot password form doesn't send me any e-mail. I tried several times. (Yes, my account exists as I'm unable to make a new one with that e-mail).

  You can send an email to the Customer Service contact from this webpage: Support & Customer Service | cPanel, Inc. You might ask them about updating your email address on that end to something else, assuming there's an issue with your current email address in the ticket system.

  yeah thanks for that..it takes me to the log in page which i cant log into........ also where the heck is the 'ask a question' button in the forums??
