Server is blacklisted

Hi guys, Our hosting server got blacklisted by Spamhaus CBL. I'm curious how can I track down for the source of spam/virus message or which users who send those out. Number of mail in the queue is very low and below 100. If anyone can give me suggestion or recommendation how to resolve it, please let me know. Thank you.
