    As everything is working fine on mobile, this would suggest an issue on the client side with the PC. Have you checked Outlook's sync frequency configuration?

    Hello, This seems like more of an issue with the local email client, as mentioned in the previous post. Check to see if the following third-party URL helps: Check for new emails frequency setting in Outlook 2010, Outlook 2013 and Outlook 2016 - MSOutlook.info Thank you.

    Are you sure the emails were not already accessed via POP3? Once an email is downloaded via POP3, it's removed from the server and won't appear in the inbox of another email client using IMAP. Thank you.

    Hello I repeat: Mobile: POP3 (It cannot be removed from server, because they are not downloaded on mobile, just displayed) PC: IMAP (they perform manual send/receive, and still not showing, but after few restarts of mail appplication)
